Interesting article but not really looking at the heart of the matter
is the surgery for people like me who lost lots of weight and want there life back
or is it for people who want a fix without the work..

i think its the first option, and got bugger all to do with mags showing guys
with super pecks

the NHS will not pay for this with a 18 month weighting list…

so that shows people who have lost weight and kept it off can get some hope
if they dont have the money…

This is finally a step forward i think
