“In April 2008 I was sent by work for a medical, all fine exept the fact I was a whopping 137 kilo. I decided then that things had to change, but in May 2009 after over a year of ineffective training and with little knowledge or will power to change my diet, I was left at over 131 kilo. After reading what Gary had achieved in his own life I contacted him in May about training, I had a long term goal to lose alot of weight, and I am going to see my sister in New Zealand at Christmas so wanted lose some weight so I could make the most of my holiday.
